Acceptance of These Terms

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not register for or use the services. You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement to use the services. Using the services on behalf of another person or business means that you have the authority to bind them to these terms.

Your Account

You may need to create an account to use some features. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for protecting your sign-in details.

• Keep your account information accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Keep your password and sign-in codes confidential and do not share them with others.
• Notify Support promptly if you notice unauthorized use of your account.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless you can show that it was unauthorized.

Bookings and Services

Tymo is a platform for discovering and booking services offered by independent businesses and professionals. The details, timing, price, and rules for a booking may be set by the relevant service provider.

• You are responsible for arriving on time and providing the information needed to receive the service.
• Cancellation or changes are subject to the rules shown for the relevant service or provider.
• Tymo is not responsible for the quality, safety, timing, or outcome of services performed by independent providers, but we will make reasonable efforts to follow up on reported issues.

Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

The amount due is shown before you complete a booking. Payments are processed through authorized payment providers and may be subject to their additional fees or rules. Cancellation and refund terms are determined by the applicable booking rules; when eligible, a refund will be issued to the original payment method after approval.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to use the services lawfully, fairly, and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

• Provide false, misleading, or another person's information.
• Attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the platform, or compromise its security.
• Use bots, automated tools, or other methods to extract data or bypass service limits.
• Publish content that is abusive, threatening, unlawful, or violates another person's rights.
• Use the services for fraud, harassment, or any unlawful activity.

User Content and Feedback

You are responsible for content you submit to the platform and must have the right to publish it. By submitting content, you grant Tymo a non-exclusive license to display and use it as needed to provide and improve the services. Tymo may remove content that violates the law, these terms, or another person's rights.

Suspension or Termination

If you breach these terms, misuse the services, create a security risk, or if required by law, Tymo may temporarily restrict access to or suspend and terminate your account. You may also end your account by stopping use of the services or contacting Support. Provisions that are intended to survive termination will remain in effect.

Changes and Contact

We may update these terms to reflect legal, technical, or service changes. The updated version is effective when published in the app, and your continued use means that you accept it. If you have a question or complaint about these terms, contact us through Support.
